the Maximal insignia
The Maximals (マキシマル, Makishimaru) are one of the factions in the race of the Transformers in the Great War era. They usually find themselves defending their own race, their planet Animatron, and all its kind and people against the Predacons and upholding justice and freedom as well under the rule of the Pax Cybertronia. They soon meet and became allies with the Autobots and fights along side them to even help fight against Decepticons.
When Maximals take on a beast mode, they tend to be mammals, birds or fish, although this is not a hard-and-fast rule.
